Looking for help with your school work?
Peer Tutoring at Cox High School offers many opportunities
for students to receive extra help!

Peer Tutoring is available Monday –Thursday during all study blocks. Students need to get a pass from one of their subject area teachers, check in with their study block teacher and then report to Room 141, the Peer Tutoring room. They will receive one-on-one help in all subjects from a qualified student.

After school extra help is also available in every SOL subject. Students may check the schedule, which is posted in the hallways, classrooms and on the website, for a listing of courses, dates and room numbers. All of the sessions are offered from 2:05 – 2:40 and are taught by subject area teachers.

As SOL tests approach, tutoring will be offered more frequently.
